Consider this product a great addition to your workout. The product is not a miracle product that will make you grow wings, but you will feel a definite increase in your physical response during a range of activities in the gym (I do weight lifting). I recommend this product for its additive value. I have not used the product for more than two weeks and my experience has been very positive. I have shared it with a few friends of different ages and they too have had similar positive experiences. On the other hand, I would have hoped that there was a larger size available. I can recommend it to any aspiring professional athlete.
